Book 90+ days in advance and receive special discounts up to 10%. Full payment can also be made upfront for an additional 2% discount.

4. What's Not Included

• Visa fees
• Personal expenses (shopping, souvenirs)
• Travel insurance (optional)
• Tips and gratuities
• Alcoholic beverages (unless specified)
• Optional activities and excursions

5. Late Payment Policy

• Late payment may result in booking cancellation
• A reminder will be sent 5 days before the payment due date
• For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at booking
• Confirmed bookings require full payment 14 days prior to departure

6. Price Fluctuations

Package prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and inflation. Price locks are available for advance payments.

7. Security & Privacy

• All payments are processed through secure SSL encryption
• Card details are not stored on our servers
• We comply with PCI DSS standards
• Your payment information is confidential and secure

8. Tax & GST

All prices are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes and GST (Goods and Services Tax as per Indian law). No additional taxes will be levied at the time of payment.
